Women’s Well-Being Retreats

This 3-hour mini-well-being retreat is perfect for you or any woman in your life looking for more peace, relaxation, and improved self-awareness and confidence. About the Instructor
Glom Initiative’s founder, Tracy Lamar-Ray is your retreat facilitator. Tracy is a psychological scientist researcher and strategist who completed her master’s in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University. Her work in psychology provides an academic foundation for approaching personal challenges to strategically develop sustainable skills and solutions. She is uniquely equipped to provide support, context and guidance so that individuals grow to surpass preconceived limitations. Tracy has hosted and led various women retreats in the Norfolk, Virginia area.
