Women’s Well-Being Retreats

You deserve to live the life you’ve always dreamt of. Glom Initiatives’ mission is to help women like you improve overall well-being, attain your goals, fulfill your potential and flourish. Our 3 hour Mini Well-Being Retreat is perfect for women looking for more peace, deep relaxation, and improved self-awareness plus self-confidence. During this retreat you learn:

About the Instructor

Glom Initiative’s founder, Tracy Lamar-Ray is your retreat facilitator. Tracy is a psychology researcher and developmental strategist who possesses a master’s in clinical psychology from Harvard University.  Her work in provides an academic foundation for her approach to addressing personal challenges.  She helps clients strategically develop sustainable behaviors, an enhanced frame of mind and tools to improve performance so that you reach your goals.  She is uniquely equipped to provide support, context and guidance so that you grow to surpass preconceived limitations. Tracy has hosted and led various women only and co-ed retreats.
